What is the minimum system requirement to run the Software?
The minimum system requirements for installing Data Doctor Recovery iPod Software is:

Recovered Files are not opening?
It can be files highly corrupted by a virus or some portion of the files has been overwritten.
In which cases Software can recover the data?
Software can recover data in case of deleted file (s) / folder (s), corrupted or formatted iPod and data lost by the variety of viruses.
When I click on ‘exit’ button from the last (Recovery) window, Data Doctor Recovery iPod s/w ask ‘Do you want to save recovery’ what does it mean is there any advantage to save recovery?
Yes doing so you can save your time for next period when you can start recovery again. For saving the scanning process temporarily Software provides Save log button.
Next time when you operate the Software use Load log button and recovery will start from where you left. Thus it saves time for scanning the disk again.
Now you can just save the data and need not to do the scanning again. Save data by clicking on Save button.
What happens on updating and restoring iPod software?
Updating the software gets latest system software on your iPod and restoring completely erase your iPod and apply factory setting. Importantly on restoring software all songs and other data on your iPod are erased. Click here
Can I use my iPod on different computer?
You can use the iPod on different machine but make sure that you take back up of data on your iPod because files will be erased when iPod is connected on the other computer.
The iPod is not detected in iTunes.
If your iPod doesn’t show up in the iTunes list, make sure that the cable is connected to both your iPod and computer. If the problem still exists, try different connector on your computer. At last you can restart your computer.
My iPod is not responding it appears to be frozen.
iPod is frozen or is not turning on can be due to different reasons. iPod is paused or the hold switch is in locked position. Lock symbol appears on the screen. Slide the hold switch to the unlocked position to unlock it. To avoid iPod in the frozen state always disconnect it properly from the computer.
